You can send me an email and I’ll try to answer it on the site for yourself and others to read. This is free but I can’t promise when or if I’ll be able to answer you – I do get a lot of mail. If you’d prefer to email me privately and be sure of a swift response, there’s a private message option lower on this page. IMPORTANT!! If you are a journalist or someone making a professional query, please go to the menu on the right and click on ‘Media’!

Please keep your message to less than 500 words, and don’t shout — I can’t cope with emails in all capitals!

If you’d like to write to me in private, you can choose between three options. Whichever you choose, I’ll always reply within 72 hours and keep everything strictly confidential.

For a fee of £25.00 I’ll answer your email within 72 hours.

For a fee of £40.00 we can have a dialogue – I’ll answer your initial mail, and ask questions which will further help me help you find a solution. You respond with the further information and questions which I’ll also answer. This is useful if you feel –as so often happens – I need to check things out with you or you need to clarify matters or ask secondary questions.

For a fee of £50.00 we can have a trialogue – three letters from you, three answers from me. This is particularly useful if you feel it might take some discussion to get to the heart of the problem or for you to come back with further comments or queries.

I use PayPal to handle online payments: they’re secure, and you don’t need an account with them to send payment through them. When you click one of the links above, you’ll be taken to their site: after it asks for your name and address (which, as with everything, will be kept strictly confidential), there’ll be a friendly box for your question.
